extends GrammarAction<LdapMessageContainer<BindRequestDecorator>>

The action used to store the BindRequest version MessageID.

 BindRequest ::= [APPLICATION 0] SEQUENCE {
     ....
     authentication          AuthenticationChoice }

 AuthenticationChoice ::= CHOICE {
     ...
     sasl                  [3] SaslCredentials }
     ...

 We have to create an Authentication Object to store the credentials.
