Apache Directory Studio requires at least:
- a recent Linux distribution. It has been tested successfully on Ubuntu and Arch Linux.
- Java Development Kit 8 or later.
The PGP signatures can be verified using PGP or GPG. First download the KEYS as well as the asc signature file for the relevant distribution. Then verify the signatures using:
$ pgpk -a KEYS $ pgpv ApacheDirectoryStudio-2.0.0.v20180908-M14-linux.gtk.x86_64.tar.gz.asc
$ pgp -ka KEYS $ pgp ApacheDirectoryStudio-2.0.0.v20180908-M14-linux.gtk.x86_64.tar.gz.asc
$ gpg --import KEYS $ gpg --verify ApacheDirectoryStudio-2.0.0.v20180908-M14-linux.gtk.x86_64.tar.gz.asc
Alternatively, you can verify the files' signature (see the How to verify downloaded files page).p>
